Job summary

Atrium Staffing is seeking an Apparel Quality & Data Analyst to support product quality initiatives through data collection, reporting, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration. This individual will analyze customer feedback, return data, vendor performance, and product quality metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

The role will also support reporting, departmental operations, and communication across internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related professional experience.
• Experience in fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, or quality metrics.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Collect and aggregate product quality data across multiple platforms and sources.
• Analyze customer reviews, returns, and feedback to identify product quality trends.
• Build and maintain reports tracking quality metrics, vendor performance, and product history.
• Help improve how quality data is captured, analyzed, visualized, and presented.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and senior leadership.
• Support departmental processes including budget tracking, invoicing, chargebacks, vendor documentation, and factory approvals.
• Review and organize incoming reports and documentation.
• Schedule meetings, capture team recaps, and provide general administrative support as needed.
