Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking an AI Agent Developer in New York, NY (hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote). You will build and test enterprise conversational AI using Dialogflow CX and integrate with GCP/Azure, ServiceNow, and RESTful services.

The role covers frontend and backend work, including web interfaces with React/Angular, API development, and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. 0–8 years of experience and a bachelor's degree are common requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• Python programming proficiency is required.
• Working knowledge of .NET and frontend tech including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, MCP.
• Basic to intermediate SQL query-writing skills.
• Experience using Git and Visual Studio Code.
• Exposure to unit testing with PyTest, Jest, or xUnit.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
• 0–8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and support enterprise conversational AI agents and web apps using Dialogflow CX.
• Develop REST APIs, webhooks, and backend services with Python; exposure to .NET/Node.js.
• Integrate AI agents with ServiceNow and Microsoft Azure.
• Develop responsive web interfaces using HTML/CSS/JS/TypeScript; use React or Angular.
• Maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for configurations, backend and frontend.
• Write and run unit, API, and UI tests; troubleshoot defects and document findings.
• Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and maintain runbooks and API specs.
