You will advise on distressed transactions, workouts, reorganizations, and governance matters while managing client relationships and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in corporate restructuring, workouts, and insolvency-related transactions.
• Experience with venture financings, governance, and M&A structures relevant to distressed environments.
• Proven track record of client development, relationship management, and advisory leadership.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand restructuring and special situations practice for clients and investors.
• Advise on restructurings, workouts, reorganizations, and governance matters.
• Negotiate with creditors and counterparties; oversee transactional documents.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary support across M&A, financings, and regulatory matters.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to business development through thought leadership.
