Our client, a leading AmLaw firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Restructuring & Special Situations Finance Practice Group in a hybrid New York location. You will work on complex domestic and cross-border restructuring matters, distressed financings, and special situations transactions with a sophisticated team.

The ideal candidate has a JD from a top-tier law school, 3–7 years of substantive experience in restructuring and bankruptcy, and strong drafting, analytical, and

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Represent clients in complex restructuring and insolvency matters, in and out of court.
• Advise creditors, debtors, and investors in distressed and special situations financings.
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, restructuring support agreements, and related documents.
• Support liability management transactions, recapitalizations, and distressed M&A opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, corporate, and litigation attorneys.
