Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a Nurse Educator (NPD) to design and deliver evidence-based education for nursing staff. You will apply advanced nursing knowledge and the educational design process to close learning gaps while partnering with stakeholders across disciplines.

The role requires an RN license, an NPD certification, and at least 3 years of nursing experience with adult learners. Expect 40 hours weekly, hybrid work with site visits and student rounding, and travel as needed.
