AdventHealth is seeking a dedicated NPD Practitioner to lead nursing education and professional development. You will coordinate orientation, competency validation, and ongoing learning across units, guided by ANPD standards and evidence-based practice.

Ideal candidates bring RN licensure, 2+ years hospital nursing, and ED experience, with strong communication and collaboration skills to support a culture of learning and patient safety.

Formación

• Bachelor's of Nursing required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• RN licensure required (see licenses).

Responsabilidades

• Promote nursing professional development using ANPD standards.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate orientation and onboarding.
• Coordinate education plans and competency validation.
• Foster evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support interprofessional education.
