Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree, or 6 years with an advanced degree, or equivalent experience.
- Engineering or technical degree required.
- Experience with NPI projects is essential.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Leads project teams and mentors junior staff.
- Strong understanding of engineering and business processes; uses best practices.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day functions of logistics or value-add departments and meet goals.
- Supervise operations within the distribution/ value-add center.
- Participate in staffing, performance management and development with facility management.
- Report and track department metrics and respond to internal inquiries.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate when needed.
