Qualifications

Position NPI Project Manager II

Job Description

• Responsible for the day-to-day functions of Logistics or Value Add department(s), ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
• Supervise day to day operation of a single department (receiving, storing, picking, shipping, special handling) within the distribution/value add center consisting of non-exempt tactical personnel.
• With specific direction from management and HR, participates in staffing, terminations, disciplinary counseling, performance management and development in conjunction with facility management. Typically, will need to elevate complex issues.
• Report and track department metrics, responding to internal customer inquiries. May need to elevate or work in conjunction with facility management to resolve complex issues.
• Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.
• Resolves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist.
• Other duties as assigned.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Phoenix East Sky Harbor office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$93,500.00 - $112,912.80

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
