One Medical in San Francisco is seeking an Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) with California licensure to join the Pacific Heights team. You will manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits, conduct in-office, testing centers, and telehealth visits, and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds.

The role is full-time with a competitive salary, relocation and sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care OR 1 year with a 1-year fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care
• Experience in LARC insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus

Mansioni

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
