Job summary

RJM Technologies in Washington, DC is seeking a Program Support Specialist for a 9-month contract to support the program lifecycle and coordinate online events, reporting to the Program Director and Project Managers.

The role requires strong communication, at least 3 years in related roles, nonprofit experience preferred, and proficiency with Excel, Word, Zoom, and PowerPoint. Local candidates with hybrid work arrangements are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a Junior Project Manager, Event Coordinator, Program/Project Coordinator or Administrator role.
• Non-profit sector experience preferred.
• College degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Director and Program Managers in all phases of the program lifecycle.
• Coordinate and produce Quality Employment online events.
• Develop and implement communication and training plans.
• Take detailed notes during program meetings and distribute comprehensive meeting summaries.
• Update and maintain program and project plans as required.
• Plan, monitor, and coordinate tasks to ensure milestones are met.
• Edit and refine program resources to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Collect and validate data to support program objectives.
