Job summary

Delta Galil USA, Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a Logistics & Vendor Compliance Specialist to ensure vendor adherence to logistics, customs, and transportation requirements while supporting import operations.

You will serve as the liaison between vendors, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to improve shipment visibility and compliance. The ideal candidate has strong experience in logistics operations, vendor management, customs compliance, and transportation documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of logistics, customs compliance, or transportation experience.
• Experience with ocean and air freight operations.
• Strong understanding of U.S. Customs regulations.
• Knowledge of HTS classification, commercial invoices, and import documentation.
• Advanced Excel skills and vendor management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Compliance Management: monitor shipping instructions, booking, and SOPs.
• Customs & Trade Compliance: HTS classifications, First Sale and duties Drawback support.
• Transportation & Logistics Operations: coordinate with forwarders, monitor movements, optimize routing.
• Process Improvement: develop KPI reporting and improve SOPs.
