The New York Times Company in New York City is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Newsroom Operations team. You will work with Styles, Well, and Real Estate journalists, handling daily tasks and short- and long-term projects across departments.

You will manage attendance, expenses, time banks, and vendor payments while coordinating with HR, Recruiting, Facilities, and Payroll. The hybrid role requires regular office presence and a proactive, detail-focused mindset.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in an operational or administrative role.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under deadline pressure.
• Experience with managing a team of 75+ employees and leaders.

Mansioni

• Schedule and update attendance for regular meetings and events.
• Support editors during breaking news and timely events to ensure journalists have what they need.
• Help plan and execute culture-building activities for departments.
