New York Life’s Wayne office is seeking a New Business Service Representative to support insurance agents, clients, and the management team. You will manage insurance policy applications as they move through the new business process, drawing on your knowledge of our systems and procedures.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. The position offers a hybrid schedule and opportunities within a respected financial services firm.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service and administrative experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent day-to-day customer service to agents, clients, and Management.
• Coordinate underwriting requirements with agents, clients, outside medical vendors, and underwriters.
• Assist with workflow of applications for life products, annuities, contract changes, policy billing and related entries.
• Answer incoming calls; greet customers and potential agent candidates as needed.
• Assist with in-person responsibilities to support Agents and Agency Managers.
