New York Life’s Service Experience Value Stream is seeking a Service Representative to assist agents and clients through the new business process. You will leverage your customer service and administrative experience to manage policy applications, answer inquiries, and coordinate with underwriters and vendors.

The role requires strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service and administrative experience
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent day-to-day customer service to agents, clients, and Field Management
• Coordinate underwriting requirements with agents, clients, vendors, and underwriters
• Assist with workflow of applications for life products, annuities, policy changes, and related accounting entries
• Answer incoming calls and greet customers; assist with agent candidate inquiries
• Support in-person responsibilities to assist Agents and Agency Managers
