Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service and administrative experience.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and communicate well.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent day-to-day customer service to agents, clients, and management.
• Coordinate underwriting requirements with agents, clients, outside medical vendors, and underwriters.
• Assist with workflow of applications for life products, annuities, policy changes and related accounting entries.
• Answer incoming calls and greet customers; support potential agent candidates as needed.
• Support in-person tasks to assist Agents and Agency Managers within the General Office.
