You will guide licensing, onboarding, and growth while aligning with district leadership and Farmers resources.

The role focuses on coaching, performance improvement, and data-driven strategy to help multiple agencies achieve measurable results and better profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in insurance, business consulting, or related field.
• Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licensing.
• Strong understanding of sales, business development, and performance management.
• Ability to analyze business results and translate data into strategies.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with agency owners and serve as a trusted business resource.
• Coach agency owners on sales strategy, business planning, and growth.
• Review agency performance and identify opportunities to improve production and profitability.
