Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of related banking and customer service experience.
• Knowledge of LexisNexis, Equifax, Chex Systems; experience with IBS Insight or similar FIS software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Team player able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Reviews new account documentation for completeness and processes requests through the opening system within SLAs.
• Analyzes CIP results and third-party verification to determine eligibility per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Performs account opening activities in compliance with applicable banking regulations and risk management practices.
• Performs maintenance on deposit accounts and resolves system-generated exceptions within authority levels.
• Escalates complex issues to management and suggests process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Processes debit card requests, check orders, and other account-related service requests with accuracy.
