Job summary

The Bancorp is seeking a Senior Auditor for a hybrid role in Wilmington, DE. You will conduct comprehensive financial, operational, compliance and information security audits across the organization, coordinating with business units to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of auditing experience, proficiency in MS Office, and (preferably) professional certifications such as CPA, CISA, CIA, CFE, or CRMA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of auditing experience.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Professional certifications preferred or in progress (CPA/CISA/CIA/CFE/CRMA).
• Strong analytical and report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and perform audits across processes and departments.
• Define scope and approach based on risk and controls.
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements to reduce risks.
• Build relationships with management to discuss findings and action plans.
• Track findings and ensure timely remediation by management.
• Communicate audit results and educate stakeholders on risks.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
