Job summary

RTX is seeking a Network Services Site Lead to support a modernized, service-oriented network delivery model across Raytheon locations, including McKinney, TX. The role focuses on coordinating LAN/WAN/WLAN/voice/DAS services, engaging cross-functional teams, and ensuring site readiness and delivery alignment.

The position requires deep domain knowledge of network operations, strong coordination skills, and the ability to operate within a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, network service delivery, IT service management, or comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key point of contact for network service requests at supported Raytheon sites, qualifying demand and performing upfront requirement gathering.
• Coordinate site-level activities for multiple sites in cross-functional environment to ensure efficient execution of LAN/WAN/WLAN/voice/DAS projects.
• Act as a strategic partner and escalation point for network transformation initiatives and align with the technical roadmap delivery plan.
• Oversee site readiness tasks and coordinate with vendors, facilities, and delivery teams.
• Engage in guiding incident response and communication across stakeholders.
