The role focuses on securing and operating the network, reviewing cost-effective transfer of voice and data, and supporting secure infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree, 5+ years in telecommunications or network security, and hands-on experience with Cisco routers, ASA, Firepower, CUCM, and related security devices.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years progressive experience in telecommunications and network infrastructure.
• Experience with Cisco routers, ASA, Firepower, switches, CUCM, RADIUS.
• Strong communication skills and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network and telecom problems with quick resolution.
• Analyze and monitor network infrastructure.
• Install and manage networking and voice equipment (VoIP, routers, switches, firewalls).
• Perform active network monitoring, security scans, capacity planning, and trends analysis.
• Maintain security updates and baseline statistics.
