Elior North America is seeking a Network Analyst to design, deploy, maintain, and monitor our network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and phone systems. The role is based in Houston with hybrid work arrangements.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in CS/IT and 3–5 years in network engineering, with Cisco Meraki experience and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Travel up to 5% is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
• 3-5 years of network engineering or infrastructure support experience.
• Knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and phone systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement network solutions to support operations and growth.
• Monitor and maintain network performance, availability and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues with IT support and users.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations and architecture.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for deployments and troubleshooting.
• Support upgrades and migrations including cloud/virtualization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Manage our phone systems used across the company.
