Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Network Project Manager – III in Lewis Center, OH, on a hybrid basis. You will lead macro and small cell deployments, manage hub architecture rollouts, and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, NOC, and field operations.

Ideal candidate has 5–7 years in telecom engineering and project management, with strong alarm troubleshooting, risk mitigation, and vendor management skills. Hybrid work, immediate mobilization in Ohio preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in telecommunications engineering and network project management.
• Deep knowledge of macro and small cell deployments, DAS/IDAS/ODAS, and NOC operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end macro and small cell wireless deployments.
• Direct hub architecture rollouts and high-availability connectivity.
• Coordinate alarm identification, fault isolation, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Collaborate with NOC, RF engineering, and field deployment teams.
• Manage project schedules, resources, milestones, and budgets.
• Monitor service delivery, vendor performance, and QA standards.
• Ensure safety codes, specs, and project governance are followed.
• Provide executive status reports and risk mitigation throughout lifecycles.
• Support hybrid work arrangements while engaging stakeholders in Lewis Center, OH.
