Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Macro and Small Cell architecture knowledge.
• Familiar with network hub architecture.
• Experience with alarm identification and troubleshooting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee strategic projects and programs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, and Network Planning teams to formulate, deploy, and refine network solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate weekly, monthly, and annual operational and engineering metrics across assigned programs.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks to ensure project integrity and successful delivery.
• Communicate program performance and insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders using formal readouts, executive dashboards, and comprehensive reports.
