Job summary

A-Gas is seeking a Network Customer Support Representative to join the team in Bowling Green, OH. You will be the main contact for customers, handling inquiries, quotes, orders, and billing while coordinating with Finance, Sales, and Field teams to ensure accurate, timely service.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, proactive account management, and maintaining clean customer data in Salesforce and related systems. On-site work is required with potential hybrid options after training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three or more years of customer service, account support, or related experience.
• Experience with AP/AR is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and enterprise platforms (Salesforce, SAP, SharePoint, Intacct).
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive account support and high-level service to customers.
• Respond to inquiries by phone and email, provide updates and tracking information.
• Coordinate with Finance and sales teams to maintain accounts and documentation.
• Enter and track orders in Salesforce accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare quotes and invoices for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Investigate customer concerns and coordinate follow-up to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely work completion.
• Generate reports and maintain accurate customer and order records.
