Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate network asset inventory for production devices.
• Track patch management and vulnerability remediation activities.
• Ensure asset documentation and system records are accurate and up to date.
• Use ServiceNow, Jira, and internal tools to manage asset and vulnerability data.
• Create evidence packages for patching and vulnerability compliance programs.
• Monitor End-of-Life (EOL) hardware refresh projects and deployment progress.
• Generate weekly metrics, dashboards, and status reports.
• Work with engineering and business teams to track project deliverables.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and data quality issues.
• Coordinate between technical and business stakeholders.
