Qualifications

• 2 years of network engineering or related technical experience.
• 2 years of experience supporting network hardware asset management programs.
• 2 years of experience supporting patching or vulnerability remediation programs and tracking patch deployments.
• 2 years of experience supporting hardware lifecycle or End-of-Life/End-of-Support refresh programs.
• Experience working with network or security technologies and devices.
• Experience managing, validating, analyzing, or reporting on technical and operational data.
• Experience coordinating multiple priorities with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate inventory data for network devices in production.
• Monitor asset records for data quality and fix issues.
• Support patching and vulnerability management programs and track remediation progress.
• Build and maintain evidence packages and documentation.
• Track hardware lifecycle and End-of-Life (EOL) activities.
• Update systems of record with accurate network asset information.
• Analyze network and asset data to identify trends and risks.
• Build dashboards and reports for visibility and metrics.
• Communicate weekly program metrics and status updates.
• Use ServiceNow and Jira to track assets, issues, and projects.
