GDH Consulting, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Network Engineer to support network program initiatives. You will coordinate tasks, bring devices online, apply base configurations, and document readiness while collaborating with engineering, operations, and third-party resources.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, process improvements, and coordinating with wireless deployment teams and downstream partners. A hybrid schedule is offered.

• Hands-on routing and switching; bring devices online and apply base configs.
• Experience supporting network implementation, onboarding, and operations.
• Coordinate tasks, identify process gaps, maintain structured documentation.
• Work within ticketing workflows and change control processes.
• Strong communication; collaborate with engineering, operations, and MSPs.
• Track data and documentation across multiple project workstreams.

Mansioni

• Support routing and switching tasks; bring network devices online and validate readiness.
• Apply base configurations, participate in change control processes, and assist with onboarding workflows.
• Track hardware shipments, staging status, and ensure data accuracy linked to specific projects.
• Log and route engineering tickets, including those coordinated with third-party partners.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure work is assigned, clarified, and completed effectively.
• Maintain proactive oversight of third-party teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.
• Gather, organize, and maintain wireless documentation, including floor plans and AutoCAD artifacts.
• Assist in defining operational workflows and support process improvements without third-party involvement.
• Identify gaps in existing processes and coordinate with project managers to address them.
• Support wireless deployment teams, electrical teams, and other downstream partners as project dependencies arise.
