Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a Network Analyst to join our infrastructure team in Houston. You will design, deploy, maintain, and monitor network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, VPNs, and phone systems, collaborating with IT and business users.

This full-time, hybrid role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of network experience. On-site Monday–Thursday with remote Fridays at 4920 Westway Park Blvd, Houston, TX 77041.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years in network engineering or infrastructure support.
• Knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and phone systems.
• Experience with Cisco and Meraki.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network solutions supporting business operations and growth.
• Monitor and maintain network performance, availability, and security.
• Troubleshoot network issues with IT support and business users.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations and architecture.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for deployments and troubleshooting.
• Support upgrades and migrations including cloud/virtualization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Manage phones systems used across the company.
