Job summary

US Lawns is seeking a qualified IT professional to maintain and enhance the county’s wired and wireless network infrastructure. You will install, configure, and support LAN/WAN hardware, including switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.

This role requires capable troubleshooting and collaboration with IT teammates to ensure reliable operations. The ideal candidate holds an Associate degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience (2–4 years).

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field required.
• 2-4 years IT experience.
• Strong TCP/IP, routing, VLAN, ACL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, and maintain wired and wireless LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Monitor network traffic and troubleshoot hardware/software.
• Provide Tier 2 technical support and collaborate with IT team.
• Evaluate and recommend network technologies to improve reliability.
• Support Elections Department processes as needed.
