Schurz Communications, Inc. is seeking an Access Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and optimize core network infrastructure, broadband access technologies, and security. Hybrid in office in Maricopa, AZ.

The role supports NOC operations, engineering projects, and strategic growth; placement at Level I–III based on qualifications, experience, and certs. Benefits include competitive salary and core tech stack experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• CCNP, JNCIA or equivalent networking certs preferred.
• Experience with telecommunications/network infrastructure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, deploy, maintain, and optimize network infrastructure.
• Support broadband access technologies and security appliances.
• Provide Tier III technical support to NOC and field techs.
• Develop network documentation and change records.
• Manage projects and participate in capacity planning.
