Job summary

Intelliguard Group, LLC in Columbus, OH, seeks a seasoned .NET Architect to design and scale the Mira Ecosystem for real-time medication tracking across North America. You will architect the healthcare software stack, balancing cloud and on‑premise components and ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with product, QA, DevSecOps, data, and hardware teams while guiding AI-assisted development and enterprise integration initiatives. Hybrid work is available in Columbus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience with at least 5 years in architecture/technical leadership.
• Deep experience in .NET/C# and modern .NET 8, ASP.NET Core and WPF.
• Designed and operated distributed systems with message-driven architectures (NServiceBus, Kafka).
• Strong SQL Server experience including performance tuning and change data capture.

Responsibilities

• Architect real-time inventory tracking systems with RFID hardware and IoT devices.
• Define architecture across .NET backend, Angular/React frontend, and SQL Server data layer.
• Design scalable, event-driven solutions using NServiceBus, Kafka and AWS services.
• Establish healthcare interoperability patterns including HL7 messaging and EHR integrations.
• Lead the technical vision for projects and translate requirements into technical specs.
• Mentor software engineering, QA and DevSecOps teams on best practices.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve performance, developer productivity (AI-coding tools), and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA-like healthcare regulations and security standards.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, data teams, and hardware engineers.
