Job summary

Qualifications

• 13+ years of software and platform engineering experience.
• 8+ years in senior IC roles with cross-system scope.
• Ability to set and steward architectural direction for complex, cloud-native platforms.
• Experience with architecture standards and governance processes (ARB, TAB, etc).

Responsibilities

• Own architectural direction for core platform domains and establish standards.
• Embed as architectural partner on high-profile initiatives; shape decisions early.
• Lead reviews, architecture guilds, and documentation to elevate engineering capability.
• Translate platform gaps into platform capability proposals rather than project solutions.
