Job summary

Sprague is seeking a Natural Gas Retail Operations Coordinator in Portsmouth, NH. The role focuses on account operations, enrollments, and data validation across Nat Gas systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate deals and customer records.

Responsibilities

• Focus on Account/Market operations for all customers (tracking, drops, enrollments, adjustments).
• Use of the Natural Gas Pricing tool, EDI, and utility systems.
• Verify data accuracy through reports and contracts.
• Perform enrollment tasks including usage requests and deadlines.
