Top Dog Recruiting is seeking a National Commercial Title Coordinator and Processor in Midtown Manhattan. The role involves opening and managing commercial files, reviewing real estate documents, coordinating with lenders and attorneys, and assisting underwriters.

A strong emphasis on accuracy, client service, and multi-project management is key. Hybrid in NYC, with a focus on title insurance and complex CRE transactions.

Formación

• 4+ years in commercial title processing, coordination, or related CRE transaction role.
• Experience assisting senior underwriters with complex transactions.
• Strong understanding of title insurance, underwriting principles, and title commitments.
• Experience coordinating with lenders, attorneys, agents, buyers, and sellers.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple complex transactions.
• Proficiency with title insurance production software and standard office apps.

Responsabilidades

• Open and establish new transaction files and draft preliminary requirements.
• Review purchase, sale, loan documents and title documents for issues and risks.
• Coordinate all aspects of title orders from opening to closing.
• Assist underwriters by gathering documentation for underwriting decisions.
• Order and review due diligence items like title searches and tax certificates.
• Prepare title commitments, endorsements, and final policies per standards.
• Maintain detailed file notes and documentation for compliance and audit readiness.
• Support post-closing processes and delivery of final documents.
• Monitor workflow, prioritize files, and meet deadlines.
• Provide administrative support for underwriting projects and process improvements.
