Job summary

Parametrix is seeking a Project Manager to join our Advisory Services team in overseeing multi-disciplinary project activities, including planning, design, procurement, and owner’s advisory services. You will drive scheduling, cost estimating, risk management, and documentation controls to ensure project success.

You will lead development of project management plans, perform contract analysis and value engineering, and contribute to business development with RFP support and client presentations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive multi-disciplinary project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience overseeing complex, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience working directly with municipal clients and agencies.
• Alternative/collaborative delivery experience is preferred.
• PMP or other relevant certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project activities across multiple disciplines, including planning and design services.
• Lead scheduling, cost estimating, risk management, and reporting.
• Develop and implement project management plans and procedures.
• Provide contract analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments.
• Support business development, RFPs, and client presentations.
