Parametrix is seeking an experienced Owner’s Advisor to join our Advisory Services team. You will partner with public and private clients across water, transit, environmental, and construction management projects, delivering critical infrastructure and protecting the owner’s interests.

This role emphasizes ownership representation, risk management, and strategic decision support, with flexibility for remote or hybrid work depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of consulting experience in owner’s advisory, alternative delivery, program management, or management consulting in the infrastructure space.
• Strong background in procurement processes, contract development, cost estimating, schedule development and review, risk assessment, and lifecycle cost evaluation.
• Proven ability to conduct independent cost estimates and schedule reviews to protect owner interests.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Owner: act as trusted advisor from concept through warranty.
• Support Program & Project Delivery to guide successful execution.
• Lead alternative delivery methods (CM/GC, CMAR, GC/CM, PDB, or DB-heavy projects).
• Lead cost and budget oversight to align with scope and owner expectations.
• Monitor schedules, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage risk, conduct analyses, and support decision processes.
• Review and negotiate scope, budget, and timelines on behalf of the owner.
• Advise on procurement and delivery strategies to drive project success.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
