Job summary

Parametrix in Portland, OR, is seeking a Project Manager to lead advisory services for diverse infrastructure projects. You will oversee planning, design, procurement, and delivery activities across multiple disciplines and manage risk, cost, and scheduling to align with client milestones.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience, a related Bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with alternative delivery methods. PMP is preferred; hybrid/remote options are available for employee-owners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive multi-disciplinary project management experience.
• Experience overseeing complex, multi-disciplinary teams and municipal clients.
• Alternative/collaborative delivery experience preferred.
• Experience with contract analysis and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project activities across multiple disciplines including planning, design, and owner’s advisory services.
• Lead scheduling, cost estimating, risk management, and work package planning.
• Develop and implement project management plans and procedures.
• Provide contract analysis, value engineering, and risk assessment support.
• Contribute to business development, RFP response, and client presentations.
