Job summary

The University of Wisconsin–Madison, PBS Wisconsin Production Administration, is seeking a Multimedia Production Coordinator to join a high-functioning team of award-winning producers. You will play a key role in coordinating production logistics, schedules, and media assets across broadcast and digital platforms.

You will manage projects using Airtable, assist with research and asset collection, and serve as a liaison between internal departments to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of media production coordination experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including experience with in-person and remote collaborative team settings.
• Valid Driver’s License that meets UW Risk Management Standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepares reports and financial statements for leadership or external agencies.
• Schedules logistics and secures resources for program activities across multiple work units for production, meetings, conferences, and travel.
• Serves as the operational liaison to internal departments and external resources and facilities.
• Coordinates aspects of the production process from creation through delivery, including creative, financial, technological, and administrative components.
• Assists with production research and assets attainment, and provides other production support.
• Develops and maintains methods and organizational systems directed at the maintenance of electronic and/or physical records related to work operations according to established editorial policies, procedures, and industry standards
