Job summary

PBS Wisconsin is seeking a Multimedia Production Coordinator to join a team of award-winning producers and support production logistics for broadcasts, radio, and digital content. You will coordinate with content producers, manage schedules, and handle research, assets, and QC processes using project management tools.

Based in Madison, WI, the role is full-time, 40 hours weekly, with a hybrid arrangement requiring some in-person campus presence and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of media production coordination experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including in-person and remote collaboration.
• Valid Driver’s License that meets UW Risk Management Standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepares reports and financial statements for leadership or external agencies
• Schedules logistics and secures resources for program activities across multiple work units for production, meetings, conferences, and travel
• Serves as the operational liaison to internal departments and external resources and facilities
• Coordinates aspects of the production process from creation through delivery, including creative, financial, technological, and administrative components
• Assists with production research and assets attainment, and provides other production support
• Develops and maintains methods and organizational systems directed at the maintenance of electronic and/or physical records related to work operations according to established editorial policies, procedures, and industry standards
