Job summary

Essex Property Trust in Irvine, CA is seeking a Multimedia Content Coordinator to manage content operations and coordinate creative projects across video, photography, graphics, and virtual tours.

Collaborate with Marketing and other teams to ensure brand-aligned assets, maintain the multimedia library, and support editing in Adobe Creative Cloud while tracking basic performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Film, Video Production, or related field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience or internships.
• Experience in real estate, architecture, hospitality, or multifamily housing is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Illustrator; Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Experience with photography, videography, or virtual tour capture and camera knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• A portfolio or demo reel demonstrating video editing, graphic design, and multimedia production work.

Responsibilities

• Review multimedia requests and coordinate photography, videography, virtual tours, and other projects end-to-end.
• Audit assets for brand alignment, naming, alt text, and technical requirements.
• Maintain multimedia queues, metadata, and reports using ServiceNow, Smartsheet, and Excel.
• Edit raw footage in Premiere Pro to create various content versions for platforms.
• Design brand-aligned graphics in Illustrator/Photoshop for social media and marketing.
• Edit and retouch photography for web and property marketing.
• Support on-site photography and videography for communities and events.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and partners to translate briefs into assets.
• Track basic content performance using Google Analytics, Power BI, and platform insights.
