Essex Property Trust, Inc. in Irvine is seeking a Specialist, Multimedia to coordinate and produce high-quality video, photography, and graphics for our marketing programs across digital and print touchpoints.

You will edit footage in Premiere Pro, design graphics in Illustrator and Photoshop, and manage workflows with internal teams and external partners, while upholding Essex brand standards and delivering timely assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Film or Video Production, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of multimedia production, video editing, or graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom Classic, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong storytelling, color correction, and audio cleanup skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule multimedia projects with teams and vendors.
• Audit assets and publish approved content in designated platforms.
• Edit raw footage into polished long-form and short-form content.
• Create brand-aligned graphics for social media, print, and signage.
• Support on-site media production and travel as needed.
