Job summary

Essex is seeking a Multimedia Content Coordinator in Irvine to manage content operations for the portfolio. You will coordinate, edit, and organize video, photography, and virtual tours while ensuring brand standards and timely delivery across digital and physical touchpoints.

You will support video post-production in Premiere Pro and create graphics in Illustrator/Photoshop, collaborating with Marketing, Operations, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, visual communications, graphic design, film or related field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience or internships in content/creative production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop; knowledge of Lightroom Classic.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multimedia requests from intake to completion, including scheduling, tracking, and vendor communication.
• Audit and organize visual assets (photos, videos, floor plans, Matterport tours) for brand consistency.
• Edit raw footage in Premiere Pro for multiple channels (Instagram, YouTube, websites) and adapt for platform specs.
• Design graphics in Illustrator/Photoshop for social, marketing decks, and print collateral.
• Maintain multimedia library with metadata, QA, and monthly reporting using ServiceNow/Smartsheet/Excel.
