DAHLIN Architecture | Planning | Interiors is seeking an energetic Architectural Project Manager for our Multifamily team in San Diego, CA. The role demands 5+ years coordinating all project phases, with strong US multifamily project experience and proficiency in US codes and permitting.

The position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 3 days onsite at our San Diego office, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, scheduling, and client liaison to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years coordinating all project efforts through development phases.
• Experience with multifamily projects.
• Knowledge of US building codes, permitting processes, and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all project efforts, administrative and technical, through all phases of development including Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration.
• Estimate fees, determine scope of work, prepare proposals and contracts, and monitor adherence to terms.
• Actively manage client budgets, schedules and programs, project communications, documentation, and project team assignments.
• Serve as client contact liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction.
• Provide oversight and monitor the work of less experienced staff.
