Job summary

DAHLIN is seeking an energetic Architectural Project Manager to join our Residential team in Pleasanton, CA. The role entails proactive management of projects through all phases, maintaining budgets and schedules, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Hybrid work requires at least three days onsite in Pleasanton. The ideal candidate has 5+ years coordinating residential projects, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit/BIM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years coordinating all project efforts through all phases of development including Schematic Design.
• Experience with low density and single-family residential projects.
• Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration.
• Bachelor or Master of Architecture is required.
• Recent experience on US architectural projects and knowledge of US codes and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all project efforts, administrative and technical, through all phases of development.
• Estimate fees, determine scope of work, prepare proposals and contracts, monitor adherence to terms.
• Actively manage client budgets, schedules and programs, project communications, documentation, and team assignments.
• Serve as client contact liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope to completion and client satisfaction.
• Provide oversight and monitor the work of less experienced staff.
