Job summary

DAHLIN Architecture | Planning | Interiors is seeking an energetic Architectural Project Manager for our Residential team in Bellevue, WA. The role focuses on managing low density, single-family projects and delivering them on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite at our Bellevue office. Candidates should have 5+ years coordinating all project phases and be fluent with US codes and permitting processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience coordinating all project efforts through all development phases.
• Experience with low-density, single-family residential projects.
• Bachelor or Master of Architecture required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all project efforts from design development to construction administration.
• Estimate fees, determine scope of work, prepare proposals and contracts, and monitor adherence to terms.
• Actively manage client budgets, schedules, programs, and project communications.
• Serve as client contact liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and client satisfaction.
• Provide oversight and mentorship to less experienced staff.
