Job summary

Raymond James Financial, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead cross-site Supervisors across multiple locations (Memphis, St. Petersburg, Southfield).

You will oversee daily service operations for account opening and maintenance, coaching teams, and driving process improvements to ensure high-quality client experiences. You will partner with Directors and other Managers to align performance, workflows, and service standards, while monitoring KPIs and enforcing accountability.

Qualifications

• SIE registration or ability to obtain within 120 days (FINRA)
• Series 99 registration or ability to obtain within 120 days (FINRA)
• Experience leading multi-site operations teams
• Strong governance, performance management, and process improvement

Responsibilities

• Oversee an operational area with guidance from senior colleagues
• Manage day-to-day service operations and deliver plans with guidance
• Develop and/or deliver internal communications plans with guidance
• Communicate actions to implement strategy and align with mission and values
• Manage and report on performance of a diverse team; set objectives and hold accountable
