Scott Cameron State Farm Agency in Ocala, FL is looking for a motivated Multi-Line Representative. This full-time hybrid role blends outstanding customer service with opportunities to help clients with auto, home, life, health, and other insurance needs.

You will handle calls, emails, and walk-ins, build relationships, educate customers on coverages, identify opportunities, and work toward service and production goals. Licensing and training are required and supported.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance or customer service preferred.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Willing to learn and be coached.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, walk-ins, and service requests.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers.
• Assist with policy questions, billing, and coverage concerns.
• Own customer issues and follow through until resolved.
• Identify gaps and changes in insurance needs.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand the customer.
• Educate on available coverage and product options.
• Identify opportunities in auto, home, life, health, and more.
• Present quotes and additional products when licensed.
• Schedule or transition to deeper insurance conversations.
• Follow up on quotes, recommendations, and needs.
• Generate referrals from existing relationships.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up.
• Meet service and production goals.
• Participate in coaching, role-play, and training.
