Scott Cameron State Farm is seeking a motivated Multi-Line Representative to join our team in Ocala, FL. This hybrid role focuses on outstanding customer service while identifying opportunities to assist customers with additional insurance and financial needs.

You will work with customers who call, visit, email, or interact with our agency. If you enjoy solving problems, asking questions, and uncovering needs, this could be an excellent fit with room to grow within the agency.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, customer service, banking, hospitality, or relationship-based sales is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, walk-ins, and service requests.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers.
• Assist with policy questions, changes, billing concerns, coverage questions, and other account needs.
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow through until resolved.
• Identify gaps or changes in insurance needs and educate customers on options.
• Quote and present additional products when licensed and appropriate.
• Follow up with quotes, recommendations, and unresolved needs.
• Generate referrals from existing customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity.
