Job summary

Peraton in Herndon, VA is seeking an experienced MuleSoft Developer to join the DoS Consular Systems Modernization program. The role is hybrid in Herndon, and you will design and implement MuleSoft integrations and API solutions on Salesforce platforms while meeting security and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in MuleSoft, API lifecycles, and Agile delivery, with an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years' experience.
At least 4 years' direct software development lifecycle experience.
3+ years in MuleSoft enterprise projects with successful implementations.
Hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform experience (2-4 years).
Experience with API lifecycles in all stages and secure integrations.
Agile environment experience and active Secret clearance required.
Certified MuleSoft Developer Level I or II is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and develop MuleSoft-driven business functionalities using CRM/CX tech.
Analyze requirements, assess feasibility, and identify risks with stakeholders.
Design, develop, document, and implement MuleSoft solutions and APIs.
Address security/compliance (section 508, FISMA) in sandbox and dev environments.
Collaborate with architects and support teams to ensure secure integrations.
