Job summary

Cinteot Inc. in Herndon, VA seeks an experienced MuleSoft Developer to join the CS Modernization program for the Bureau of Diplomatic Technology. You will design and develop integrations on the MuleSoft and Salesforce platforms, ensuring security and compliance across sandbox environments.

Requirements include 3+ years in MuleSoft, 5+ years in software development, an Active Secret clearance, and a Bachelor’s in a related field. Knowledge of 508/FISMA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, CIS, BIT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in software development lifecycle.
• 3+ years’ experience in enterprise MuleSoft projects.
• 2–4 years hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform experience.
• 3+ years’ experience with API lifecycles.
• Experience with designing, development and implementing workflows.
• Active Secret clearance or higher (interim acceptable).
• Certified MuleSoft Developer Level I or II.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop MuleSoft-based business functionalities using CRM/CX technologies.
• Analyze requirements, perform impact analysis, and assess technical feasibility.
• Design, develop, document, and implement MuleSoft platform solutions and API standards.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Address security/compliance (e.g., 508, FISMA) in MuleSoft/Salesforce environments.
